Jessica, I understand that one of the petitioners is still out of the country and I dont believe it will be a problem to take a little more time to schedule the meeting with the Petition Review Board. Based on when the individual will be back in the country do you have a rough timeframe of when you may want a meeting? In addition, would the petitioners like to address the Petition Review Board by telephone or in person? This will help me make arrangements for the meeting.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Management Directive (MD) 8.11, which governs the 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions, requires that the Petition Manager contact the petitioner(s), every 60 days regarding the status of the Petition.
