PLANT SYSTEMS 3/4.7.4 ULTIMATE HEAT SINK LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.7.4 The ultimate heat sink shall be OPERABLE with an average supply water temperature less than or equal to 100qF. **

ACTION:

b. Verify average supply water temperature* is less than or equal to 103ºF at least once per hour when water temperature exceeds 100ºF**.
  • Portable monitors may be used to measure the temperature.
    • During the period July XX, 2014 to October 3, 2014 only, the ultimate heat sink shall be OPERABLE with an average supply water temperature* less than or equal to 103ºF.
