DPR-42 and DPR-60 2014 Reactor Operator (RO) and Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Written Examination Post-Examination Comments Reference 1: NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, Revision 9, Supplement 1 Pursuant to the requirements of Reference 1, Section ES-501, "Initial Post-Examination Activities," the Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, d/b/a Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM"), is providing the NRG with the required post-examination documentation. The post-examination documentation was developed as a result of the completion of the NSPM grading and reviews of the Reactor Operator and Senior Reactor Operator License written examinations completed on August 15, 2014 at the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant.

NSPM submits the following information as enclosures: graded written examinations, master examination and answer key annotated with changes made to the examination during administration and grading of the examination, questions asked by and answers given to the applicants during the written examination, post-examination applicant comments, the written examination seating chart, a completed form ES-403-1 "Written Examination Grading Quality Checklist", and the written examination performance analysis.

Form ES-201-3, "Examination Security Agreement", is not fully completed at this time.

NSPM will submit the completed original form ES-201-3, "Examination Security Agreement, " in accordance with NUREG 1021, Section ES-501.
