GUNTER ET AL. 2.206 PETITION REQUESTING ENFORCEMENT ACTION AGAINST JAMES A. FITZPATRICK PLANT Hi Jessica, I am e-mailing you to inform you that I have taken over as the Petition Manager for the subject 2.206 Petition.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Management Directive (MD) 8.11, which governs the 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions, requires that the Petition Manager contact the petitioner(s), every 60 days regarding the status of the Petition. Since you are the point of contact for the petitioners I am writing you to inform you of where we are in the petition process.
I understand that you received an e-mail two weeks ago from Diane Render giving the petitioners an opportunity to address the Petition Review Board (PRB) again. Have you determined whether or not the petitioners would like to address the PRB?
Please reply by next Friday, April 10, 2015, and if the petitioners would like to address the PRB once more, we can arrange a date and time to meet.
