NPF-41, NPF-51 and NPF-74 Revision 26 to 40AO-9ZZ24, Deliberate Acts Against PVNGS Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50 Appendix E,Section V, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) Is forwarding a copy of Revision 26 to 40AO-9ZZ24, Deliberate Acts Against PVNGS, effective February 26, 2015, and a summary of the 10 CFR 50.54(q) analysis for this procedure revision. APS has evaluated the changes Incorporated in this revision, and determined the changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan and the Plan continues to comply with the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.
