I am responding to your letter of January 22, 2015, by which you withdrew petition for rulemaking (PRM), PRM-73-16, and requested the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) publish a notice of withdrawal in the Federal Register (Accession No. ML15023A338 in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System). The NRC is transmitting the enclosed Federal Register notice to the Office of the Federal Register for publication. The notice withdraws PRM-73-16 without prejudice to future filings.
