Dear Mr. Hobbs:
This letter is to inform you that effective February 8, 2015, Ms. Meena K. Khanna will be assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Branch Chief for Plant Licensing IV-2 and Decommissioning Transition Branch, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Ms. Khanna will assume all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Mr. Douglas A. Broaddus regarding Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant.
