Commitment Summary Report The purpose of this letter is to provide the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN), Units 1 and 2, Commitment Summary Report for June 30, 2013, through November 30, 2014. This report, which summarizes docketed commitments the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has evaluated and revised using administrative controls during this time period, is provided in accordance with the Nuclear Energy Institute's "Guidelines for Managing NRC Commitment Changes," as endorsed in Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulatory Issue Summary 2000-17.

REPORT An evaluation of the below listed commitment was performed in accordance with NEI 99-04. The evaluation determined that the change requires NRC notification based on the provided justification. Because this commitment was initiated as a result of a response to a Bulletin; response to an information request under 10 CFR 50.54(f); or basis for a safety decision in a safety evaluation report, it has been tabulated in the commitment summary report for NRC notification.
