In connection with your review of Response to Request for Additional Information Regarding License Amendment Request to Revise Ultimate Heat Sink Temperature Limits (Exelon Generation Letter dated December 4, 2014) under the subject effort, we will be providing the following proprietary document: Sargent & Lundy Mechanical Engineering Guideline MES-11.1, Effective Area of Cooling Lakes. This document was submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with a request that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Section 2.390 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR). The NRC staff is withholding this document in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(b)(4) and will forward it to you after we receive this signed non-disclosure agreement.
