SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - RE: WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST REGARDING REALIGNMENT OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE ORGANIZATION, REVISION TO STAFF AUGMENTATION TIMES, AND REMOVAL OF EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES IN THE SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT EMERGENCY PLAN (TAC NOS. MF4972 AND MF4973)
Dear Mr. Koehl:
By letter dated October 2, 2104 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14294A484), you applied for an amendment to the South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2, Operating License Nos. NPF-76 and NPF-80. The proposed change would have modified the facility emergency plan to realign the emergency r~sponse organization, *revise staff augmentation times, and remove emergency equl'prnent and supplies.
Subsequently, by letter dated November 17, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14337A028), you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
