In the referenced letter, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) submitted a Licensee Amendment Request for approval of a revision to the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station Emergency Plan related to the realignment of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) Staff, ERO Augmentation Times and removal of equipment related to radiological assessment and contamination control that is no longer required in the off-site Emergency Operations Facility. STPNOC withdraws the license amendment request.
