(DEK), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC), and Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) by issuing amendments to the Operating Licenses (OLs) for Kewaunee, North Anna, and Surry Power Stations on August 31, 2011 and for Millstone Power Station on September 30, 2011.

The amendments required that all subsequent changes to the NRC-approved CSP implementation schedule be approved by the NRC pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90.

The fleet CSP implementation schedule was provided in an April 4, 2011 letter. Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, DEK, DNC, and Dominion are requesting a change to the fleet CSP implementation schedule, specifically Milestone 8, the full implementation date. provides an evaluation of the proposed license changes. Enclosure 2 provides the proposed OL changes. Enclosure 3 provides the proposed revised Fleet Implementation Schedule for the CSP.

The only change to the schedule is the revised regulatory commitment date for full implementation of the NRC approved CSP (Milestone 8).

DEK, DNC, and Dominion request that Enclosures 1 and 3, which contain Security-Related Enclosures 1 and 3 to this letter contain Security-Related Information which is to be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390. Upon removal of Enclosures 1 and 3, this letter is decontrolled.

c. No more than 500 Surry Power Station irradiated fuel assemblies shall be received for storage at the North Anna Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, spent fuel pool.

(5) Environmental Protection Plan The Environmental Protection Plan contained in Appendix B, as revised through Amendment No. 197, is hereby incorporated in the renewed license.

The licensee shall operate the facility in accordance with the Environmental Protection Plan.
