Request for ANO CSP Milestone 8 Implementation Schedule LAR DRAFT SE Review - SUNSI information (TAC Nos. MF3277, 3278)
Mr. Bice, The purpose of this email is to transmit the ANO, Units 1 and 2, CSP Milestone 8 Implementation Schedule LAR draft SE for your review for sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (SUNSI). In drafting its Safety Evaluation (SE), the NRC staff has concluded that it takes exception to some information marked as SUNSI-SRI in your LAR, which the staff will include in the SE (publicly available).
The purpose of this email is to request a response as to Entergys agreement or disagreement that this information should be publicly available. Licensee responses will be placed on the docket, since the intention is to make the SE publicly available.
I have highlighted the portions of the draft SE which may contain information in the SUNSI-SRI-marked portion of the license amendment request, but which the NRC staff take exception to (i.e. do not consider to be SUNSI-SRI).
Additionally, the conclusions stated in this draft document are preliminary and are subject to further staff review, until it is finally issued.
Id request your response by COB Friday, November 21, 2014, in order to support issuance by the current Milestone 8 implementation date. Please call or email if you have any questions.
