On March 17, 1999, Mr. A. Williams of your staff and I confirmed the initial operator licensing examination schedule for the year 2000. No initial examinations are scheduled for the year 2000. However, initial examinations are requested for March 2001, for approximately 12 candidates. It is our understanding that it has not been determined who will write the examination.
