In preparation for the Indian Point Unit 2 Senior Reactor Operator initial licensing examination, scheduled to start on September 15, 2014, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) is providing the enclosed Senior Reactor Operator Admin JPM Retake Examinations to Mr. Christopher Lally of your staff. The examinations are being provided in accordance with the instructions of NUREG-1 021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Nuclear Power Reactors," Rev 9.
In accordance with 10 CFR 55.49 and the Examination Security and Integrity Considerations in Examiner Standard ES-201, Attachment 1, the attached materials should be withheld from public disclosure until after the examinations are complete.
