Dear Sir or Madam:

On July 29, 2014, the NRC notified Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) of plans to conduct a supplemental inspection to review the actions taken to address the performance issues associated with the yellow findings in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95002, Supplemental Inspection for One Degraded Cornerstone or Any Three White inputs in a Strategic Performance Area. This letter serves as notification of Arkansas Nuclear Ones (ANO) readiness for your office to perform a 95002 supplemental inspection. The inspection would be associated with the yellow findings related to the Stator drop event of March 31, 2013.

ANOs readiness for the inspection was discussed with Mr. Troy Pruett, Region IV Director, Division of Reactor Projects. ANO proposes the week of December 1, 2014, as a suitable time to accommodate the requirements of this inspection. In the event the NRC cannot support the week of December 1, ANO can accommodate the NRC during the week of December 8, 2014.
