FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE LIMITS REPORT Enclosed is the Callaway Plant Pressure and Temperature Limits Report (PTLR), Revision 6. This revision modifies the RCS pressure lower limits to allow for operation at pressures as low as negative 14.7 psi gauge. Revision 6 was developed in accordance with the NRC approved methodology in WCAP-14040-A , Revision 4, " Methodology Used to Develop Cold Overpressure M itigating System Setpoint and RCS Heatup and Cooldown Limit Curves," February, 2004. This report is provided to the NRC Staff for information in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 5.6.6.c. This letter does not contain new commitments.
