The NSO has asked you to verify his entries.
This JPM is NOT time critical.
INITIATING CUE Verify the sump data entries for accuracies & initial the sheets or report if unable to initial the sheets due to errors.
{When candidate acknowledges the cue, provide the candidate sump data sheets and QCOS 1600-07}
Fill in the JPM Start Time when the student acknowledges the Initiating Cue.
Information For Evaluators Use:
UNSAT requires written comments on respective step.
- Denotes critical steps.
- Denotes critical elements of a critical step.
Number any comments in the Comment Number column on the following pages. Then annotate that comment in the Comments section at the bottom of the page. The comment section should be used to document the reason that a step is marked as unsatisfactory and to document unsatisfactory performance relating to management expectations.
Some operations that are performed from outside of the control room may require multiple steps. These items may be listed as individual steps in this JPM. It is acceptable for the candidate to direct the local operator to perform groups of procedure steps instead of calling for each individual item to be performed.
The timeclock starts when the candidate acknowledges the initiating cue.

Cue: If the candidate reports only one error then, as the NSO, acknowledge the error and ask if you (the NSO) made any other errors.
- H.1.g.j Independently verify calculations are correct and initial on Attachment A.
Reviews calculations on Attachment A and determines that a calculation error occurred, causing the pumped gallons to be inaccurate which in turn causes the 4 hour4.62963e-5 days
0.00111 hours
6.613757e-6 weeks
1.522e-6 months
change to exceed the action level.
[326 gallons recorded when value should have been 623]
Reports this to the evaluator.
- H.2.g.l Independently verify calculations are correct and initial on Attachment B.
Reviews calculations on Attachment B and determines that the 24 hr Avg. Rate was calculated incorrectly, resulting in exceeding the action level.
[2.38 gpm recorded when value should have been 2.59]
Reports this to the evaluator.
Cue: As the NSO, acknowledge the errors.
EVALUATOR: The candidate should inform you that the task is complete.
