Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC, (NextEra Energy Seabrook) hereby requests to amend the Cyber Security Plan implementation schedule for Seabrook Station. The Cyber Security Plan and implementation schedule were previously submitted in Reference 1. In response to an NRC request for information, NextEra Energy Seabrook submitted a revised Cyber Security Plan implementation schedule in Reference 2. The NRC approved the NextEra Energy Seabrook Security Plan and implementation schedule in Reference 3.

Attachment 1 contains security-related information to be withheld under 10 CFR 2.390. When separated from this transmittal, 7 c*) A-the remaining transmittal document is decontrolled.

United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission SBK-L-14104/Page 2 The proposed change is a request to revise the completion date (Milestone 8) of the Cyber Security Plan implementation schedule. to this letter provides NextEra's evaluation of the proposed change, and of this letter contains the marked up page from the Seabrook Facility Operating License. New TS pages with the proposed change incorporated will be provided when requested by the NRC Project Manager. of this letter contains the revised Cyber Security Plan implementation schedule for Seabrook Station.

NextEra Energy Seabrook considers Attachment 1 of this transmittal to be sensitive security information and requests that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390.

The proposed changes have been evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.91 (a)(1) using the criteria in 10 CFR 50.92(c), and it has been determined that the changes involve no significant hazards consideration.

NextEra Energy Seabrook requests NRC review and approval of LAR 14-05 with issuance of a license amendment within one (1) year of receipt and once approved, the amendments will be implemented within 60 days. This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.

The station operation review committee has reviewed this LAR. A copy of this LAR has been forwarded to the New Hampshire State Liaison Officer pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(b).
