This information will be used by human factors analysts in the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research and at Idaho National Engineering Laboratory. A member of the human factors research staff may contact your training staff to clarify issues, if necessary.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. The information you supply will be used for research purposes only and no identification of your organization will be made in published reports and analyses.
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. The point of contact for the project is Dr. James Jenkins, Human Factors and Safeguards Branch, Division of Risk Analysis and Operations, Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research, 301-443-7657.
