SUMMARY
OF DECEMBER 3, 1979 PHONE CONVERSATION REGARDING LESSONS LEARNED IMPLEMENTATION During a phone conversation on December 3, 1979, the NRC Lessons Learned Implementation Team informed the licensee that its November 20, 1979 response to NRC October 30, 1979 letter was satisfactory. However, the team did clarify the NRC position on containment valve isolation - that thelre should be no group restt switch for these valves.
Persons participating in the conversation were Don Neighbors, Newt Anderson and Janis Kerrigan of the NRC and Joe Sheppard of Carolina Power and Light Company.
