Dear Mr. Hamrick:
This is to acknowledge your response of June 30, 2014, to our Notice of Violation, issued in NRC Inspection Report Nos. 05000325/2014011 and 05000324/2014011; Final Significance Determination and Notice of Violation, dated May 29, 2014, ADAMS Accession Number ML14149A149. We have reviewed your response and find that it meets the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.201, Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding, of the NRC's Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
