Revision 0, provides a report on the inspection results of the Post-Tensioning System and containment surface. These activities were performed in accordance with ASME Section XI, Subsection IWL, and Technical Specification 4.4.2. The report is required, by Technical Specification 4.4.2.1.6, to be submitted to the NRC within 3 months of completion.
