Your letters dated March 19, 1990, and May 7, 1991, responded to Generic Letter (GL) 89-19 for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2 (H.
B. Robinson). Your response provided information to demonstrate that H. B.
Robinson meets the intent of the GL 89-19 in that the steam generator overfill protection system is implemented and the H. B. Robinson Technical Specifications include requirements to periodically verify its operability. A detailed technical review of your response has not been performed. However, your confirmation provides an adequate basis to consider NRC's review of your response complete. Further NRC review, if any, will be performed either by inspection or audit.
