CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS This confirms your telephone conversation with Mr. P. R. Bemis of my staff, on April 12, 1983, concerning a management meeting at your office in Raleigh, North Carolina on May 10, 1983.
We requested this meeting to review the results of the first phase of our annual appraisal of your regulatory performance.
The time of the meeting was estab lished as 1:30 p.m.
A proposed agenda is enclosed.
Selected NRC managers have met as a part of the NRC's Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) program to discuss your regulatory performance during the period January 1982, through January 1983. The result of this meeting, the SALP Board Assessment, will be forwarded to you approximately one week prior to our meeting.
Should you have any questions concerning these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
