WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST - H. B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNIT NO. 2 (TAC NO.A90134)
Dear Mr. Hinnant:
By letter dated July 29, 1994, you applied for an amendment to the H. B.
Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2, Facility Operating License No.
DPR=23. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to integrated leak rate test. Subsequently, by letter dated December 5, 1994, you withdrew the amendment request based on discussions with the NRC that concluded the 54-month interval would not violate your Technical Specifications and meets the intention of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix J.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited applic-ation is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
