CORRECTION OF IMPLEMENTATION TIME FOR AMENDMENT NO. 141 TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE H. B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNIT NO. 2 On July 15, 1992, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No. 141 to the Technical Specifications for Operating License No. DPR-23.
Your letter dated January 7, 1991 requested that the amendment be issued so implementation could occur within 60 days from issuance. This was omitted when the amendment was issued. Section 3 of that amendment should have read as follows:

This license amendment is effective as of the date of its issuance and shall be implemented within 60 days.
