PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE
ROBINSON NUCLEAR POWER PLANT - DOCKET NO. 50-261
Dear Mr. Keenan:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Glen Johnson of
your staff and myself on October 30, 1997, concerning a predecisional
enforcement conference which is scheduled for November 25, 1997, from
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the apparent
violation regarding the improper position of the output breaker control switch
for the Emergency Diesel Generator B which is discussed in Inspection Report
50-261/97-10. The meeting will be held at the NRC Region II Office,
61 Forsyth Street, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, in the Main Conference Room;
Suite 24T20. This predecisional enforcement conference is OPEN to the public,
in accordance with the "General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC
Enforcement Actions," (Enforcement Policy), NUREG-1600.
