Dear Mr. Hinnant:
Thank you for your response of February 18, 1997 to our Notice of Violation, issued
on January 17, 1997, concerning activities conducted at your Robinson facility.
During a telephone conversation on February 28, 1997, between myself and
Mr. Miller of your staff, Mr. Miller agreed that a supplemental response to the Notice
of Violation will be provided to this office by April 1, 1997.
