Dear Mr. Hinnant
The above subject inspection report was transmitted to you by letter, dated
October 25, 1996. It has come to our attention that the report was transmitted
with two lines missing from Violation A. We have encloo-d the corrected pages
of the Violation. Please discard the incorrect pages and insert the corrected
pages 2 and 3 into your copy of the report.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Your response to this Notice of Violation
will be extended to 30 days from the date of this letter.
