NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-261/94-24
Gentlemen:
Thank you for your response of November 11, 1994, to our Notice of Violation
issued on October 4, 1994, concerning activities conducted at your Robinson
facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
Although your verification activity was not
performed as required by an approved written test procedure, the activity was
adequate to demonstrate station blackout capability.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future
inspections.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
