This letter confirmsthe telephone conversation between Harold Chernoff of Carolina Power and Light Company and Mr. M. Shymlock of this office on January 23, 1997. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the SALP, which has been scheduled for March 25, 1997, at 1:00 p.m. The location of the meeting will be at the Robinson Information Center. This meeting is an OPEN meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
