This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Rod Krich of your organization and myself on July 25, 1996. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your H. B. Robinson self-assessment prior to the cycle 13 SALP. The meeting has been scheduled for September 24, 1996, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. The location of the meeting will be at 101 Marietta Street NW, Atlanta, Georgia, 29th Floor Conference Room. This meeting is an OPEN meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
