MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM H. B. ROBINSON PLANT - DOCKET NO. 50-261 Gentlemen:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. G. Johnson of your staff and Mr. J. Kreh of this office on June 20, 1996, concerning a management meeting which has been scheduled for July 10, 1996, at 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss changes made in the Robinson Emergency Plan. The location of the meeting will be at 101 Marietta Street, Suite 2900, Atlanta, Georgia 30323, 31st Floor Conference Room. This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
