This refers to the management meeting conducted in the Region II office on March 28, 1995. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the status of various emergency preparedness programs. A list of attendees and a copy of your handout are enclosed.

Emergency Response Organizations Standardized ERO Structure
- The three plants are in the final stages of adopting a standard ERO structure
- The standard structure will apply to the key "management I decision making" positions in all facilities (will not apply to positions such as administrative positions)
