Dear Mr. Habermeyer:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Rogan of Carolina Power and Light and myself on January 12, 1995, concerning a management meeting requested by our office which has been scheduled for February 7, 1995, at 10:30 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss CP&L's Performance Evaluation Section. The location of the meeting will be at 101 Marietta Street, Atlanta, Georgia, in the 30th Floor Conference Room. This meeting is an open meeting-as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
