RESPONSE TO NRC BULLETIN 90-01, SUPPLEMENT 1, "LOSS OF FILL OIL IN TRANSMITTERS MANUFACTURED BY ROSEMOUNT" - H. B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNIT NO. 2 (TAC NO. M85435)
Dear Mr. Hinnant:
By letters dated March 8 and October 27, 1993, you provided a response to NRC Bulletin 90-01, Supplement 1, for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant Unit No. 2 (HBR). You responded in your letter of March 8, 1993, that before the end of the next refueling outage, the only suspect transmitter (serial number 0421432) would be replaced by a non-suspect transmitter manufactured after July 11, 1989. By your letter dated October 27, 1993, you confirmed that the replacement with non-suspect transmitter with serial number 502741 was completed on June 25, 1993.
The staff has reviewed your response and finds that you have satisfied the requested actions of NRC Bulletin 90-01, Supplement 1, for HBR. This completes the NRC staff's activities associated with TAC No. M85435.
Further NRC review, if any, will be performed by inspection or audit.
