The enclosure to this letter documents additional information previously sent to you in a letter dated November 4, 1992. This letter shall superceed the letter of November 4, 1992. The NRC has not made an attempt to ascertain the accuracy of the information supplied.
The enclosed information is provided for your review so that you can take the appropriate action to resolve the matter.
