Christensen of this office on December 2, 1991, concerning an Enforcement Conference to be conducted at the Region II Office, Atlanta, Georgia on December 20, 1991, at 1:00 p.m.
We requested this meeting to discuss recurrent problems in the area of emergency event classification as identified during recent exercises and an actual event as well as overal.l poor emergency exercise performance. A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
