Dear Mr. Young:
This refers to the conference call that John Chen and I had with your staff, Harold Chernoff and Peter Yando, on January 27, 1999, when a mutually agreeable date of February 5, 1999, was established for you to provide the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with the additional information related to the Individual Plant Examination of External Events (IPEEE) site audit. These relate to the analysis of seismic liquefaction effects on service water piping and subsurface profile at the H.B. Robinson dam. We have not received the required information as of this date. Please expedite the requested information to enable NRC to close out this licensing activity.
