NRC REGION II AVAILABILITY DURING THE OLYMPICS Dear Mr. C. S. Hinnant This is to inform you that because of the Olympic Games being held in Atlanta, the routine NRC Region II office hours are being changed to 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the period of July 15 through August 9, 1996. The Region II staff will continue to remain available at all times to respond to emergencies.
Each technical Division has developed a staffing plan and roster for this period to assure the continuity of all essential functions; however, we recommend that routine meetings be avoided in the Region II office during this period due to the anticipated traffic conditions.
