Dear Mr. Hinnant:
By letters dated August 5, 1993, September 20, 1993, August 26, 1994, and February 13, 1995, you responded to Generic Letter (GL) 93-04. In your response, you stated that you would implement the current order timing modification and the new current order surveillance test recommended by the Westinghouse Owners Group during the next refueling outage. This refueling outage is currently scheduled for April 1995. You also stated that this new surveillance will be performed every refueling outage thereafter.
The NRC staff has reviewed the corrective actions and the schedule that you have committed to in response to GL 93-04 and found them acceptable. Please inform us in writing when implementation is complete, or if your plans for implementing the modification and surveillance testing change. This completes our review of this matter. TAC number M86892 is closed.
