FEMA FINAL REPORT FOR THE NOVEMBER 30, 1993, JOINT EXERCISE OF OFFSITE RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS FOR THE H. B. ROBINSON NUCLEAR POWER PLANT Enclosed is the final report dated December 20, 1994, from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) discussing their findings of the joint exercise of offsite radiological emergency response plans for the H. B. Robinson Nuclear Power Plant conducted on November 30, 1993.
No Deficiencies were identified. However, four Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) and twenty Areas Recommended for Improvement (ARFIs) were identified.
Detailed descriptions of the ARCAs and ARFIs are included in the enclosed report.
