NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-261/91-23
This refers to the inspection conducted by A. Tillman of this office on
October 28-29, 1991.
The inspection included a review of activities authorized
for your H. B. Robinson Nuclear Plant.
At the conclusion of the inspection,
the findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the
report.
The inspection consisted of selective examination of your Drug and Alcohol
Abuse Policy, site Implementation Procedures,
Chemical Testing Program,
interviews with employees and contractors, observation of your Collection and
Medical facilities, and review of pertinent records and reports.
Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not
identified.
As discussed in the enclosed inspection report, several strengths were noted in
your Fitness
For Duty
(FFD)
Program including; excellent staffing and
professionalism displayed at your site FFD collection facility, a knowledgeable
and dedicated FFD Program Administrator, and effective support provided by the
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Coordinator.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
