your H. B. Robinson facility.

corrective actions to be taken with regard to the three causal factors
identified in your Fire Investigation Report.

J. Sheppard of your staff and Mr.
L. Garner of my
staff on May 31,
1991,
Mr. J. Sheppard agreed that a revised response would be
provided to this office by June 28, 1991.
