NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-261/91-13
This refers to the inspection conducted by G. R. Wiseman of this office on
April 8-11, 1991.
The inspection included a review of activities authorized
for your Robinson facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings
were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the ,report.
Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
and representative records,
interviews with personnel,
and observation of

activities in
progress.
Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not
identified.
We were concerned about the implementation of your fire protection program as
provided in GL 86-10 and GL 88-12.
This report documents licensee commitments
to submit a license amendment request to implement GL 86-10.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
