ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNIT NO. 2 On August 2, 1990, Brenda Mozafari and I had a telephone call with Jan Kozyra of Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L), informing him that the information on the July 30, 1990, exemption request is inadequate because of its lack of basis according to.10 CFR 50.12, Mr. Kozyra said that CP&L will supplement its request with additional information.
