Mod 808, "Auto Closure of SW Valves to Turbine Building" April 1985.

b).

Mod 1021, "Turbine Building SW Isolation," October 1989.

2. Review present SW System configuration for safe operation.

3. Review EOPs for transients and failures involving the SW System.

4. Review CDF estimates for scenarios other than that which prompted Mod 1021 and any related corrective actions.

5. Discuss overall policy of actions following PRA identification, e.g.,

criteria for modification, design basis considerations, reportability, industry-wide practices.

6. Summarize
