CP&L'S APRIL 21, 1987 LETTER RELATING TO ACCURACY OF COSTS FOR THREE APPLICATIONS FOR H.B. ROBINSON PLANT Enclosed is a copy of an April 21, 1987 letter from Carolina Power &
Light Company (CP&L) stating that they feel that the costs are high for the review of applications dated June 29, 1984, September 12, 1985, and January 22, 1986. As a result, CP&L is asking us to confirm the accuracy and appropriateness of the charges for these applications. To date, we have billed for the following hours for these applications (and no contractual costs):
