NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) PERMIT NO.
TN0020168 - SIGNATORY AUTHORITY The Site Vice President for the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant is the signatory authority for the facility's NPDES permit application. In accordance with 40 CFR § 122.22, 1, as the current Watts Bar Site Vice President, am authorizing persons holding the positions listed below to act as the duly authorized representative for signing any reports (including Discharge Monitoring Reports) required under the permit as well as for signing any other reports relating to the compliance of the facility.
